All prices are incl. VAT and other charges. The prices are daily prices.
When you shop with and, agreements are made in Danish and English.

If you regret the content, or if you want to make corrections and, for example, change the number of items, you can respectively delete with the delete button or correct in the box with number. 'Update basket' if you want to see the price after the changes.
Then you go to the checkout. The screen is called "Go to Checkout".
On the next screen, you select the form of payment and shipping.
You must then enter customer information and any other delivery address. Click "Continue".

Your order will only be dispatched when you click on "Finish purchase". If you leave the page before then, the purchase transaction has not been completed.
The system immediately sends you an order confirmation to the e-mail you have entered under customer information.

An amount greater than what you have approved at the time of purchase can never be withdrawn.


When purchasing with ViaBill, you will receive your goods first. You must then pay your

monthly payment on the 20th of each month.
If you do not pay on time, a fee of DKK 39 will be charged.

If you regret your purchase, the agreement on payment with ViaBill ends.

ViaBill finances purchases for up to DKK 2,000.

Amounts over DKK 2,000 are financed in collaboration with SparXpress.

Manostiles arranges delivery with GLS to recipient. However, timely delivery requires GLS to comply with day-to-day delivery. If there are delays at GLS, this will correspondingly delay the delivery in relation to the desired delivery date. In the event of very late (several days) or outright non-delivery, manostyles will of course send a new delivery free of charge.

Delivery to Bornholm and certain small islands is not covered by GLS' objective of day-to-day delivery, as shipments to these areas can in some cases take 2 days. Manostyles is always based on day-to-day delivery.

It is delivered abroad, but this takes 1-3 working days.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.

The cancellation period expires 30 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.

The deadline means that you have 30 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the trading conditions.

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.

Cancellation of part of the purchase

If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of returning one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.

Please note that you will not get the shipping costs back if you regret part of your purchase.


Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 30 days to return the item to us.

You must pay for the package to be returned yourself, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport.

If you do not pick up the item and it comes back to us, we will offset the return shipping.

Certain items cannot be returned by normal post. This applies to: (insert item types).

The cost of returning these items is expected to cost no more than: (insert amount).

No right of withdrawal
These agreements cannot be cancelled:

Delivery of sealed goods which for health protection or hygiene reasons are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery.

The condition of the item when you send it back

If the item has lost value and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the item, you can only get a part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases it may mean you can only get back the shipping costs.

We recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging.

If the original packaging is missing, this may lead to a decrease in the value of the item.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 30 days from the day on which we has received your message that you want to cancel the agreement.

We return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

Right of complaint

When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Purchase Act apply to the purchase of goods.
This means that you have the right to complain for 24 months.

If your complaint is justified, this means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.

You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the error. If you make a complaint within two months after the fault is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can reimburse you for shipping costs.
