Trading conditions

Order

  1. Buy step-by-step.
  2. Find the desired product.
  3. Add the product to the shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to cart" symbol.
  4. You can then continue your search if there is more to do.

At manostiles.dk you can only order goods via our website. If you have inquiries about items that are not on the page, please feel free to contact us.

All prices are incl. VAT and other charges. The prices are daily prices.
When you shop with Manostiles.dk and Manostiles.com, agreements are made in Danish and English.

If you regret the content, or if you want to make corrections and, for example, change the number of items, you can respectively delete with the delete button or correct in the box with number. 'Update basket' if you want to see the price after the changes.
Then you go to the checkout. The screen is called "Go to Checkout".
On the next screen, you select the form of payment and shipping.
You must then enter customer information and any other delivery address. Click "Continue".
Confirm order - collection of order and a data you have entered.
Your order will only be dispatched when you click on "Finish purchase". If you leave the page before then, the purchase transaction has not been completed.
The system immediately sends you an order confirmation to the e-mail you have entered under customer information.
When your order has been processed, you will receive an electronic message again.

No fee is charged when paying on Manostiles.com
The amount is only withdrawn from your card when the goods are sent from Manostiles.com .
An amount greater than what you have approved at the time of purchase can never be withdrawn.

Waybill:

When purchasing with ViaBill, you will receive your goods first. You must then pay your

monthly payment on the 20th of each month.
If you do not pay on time, a fee of DKK 39 will be charged.

If you regret your purchase, the agreement on payment with ViaBill ends.

ViaBill finances purchases for up to DKK 2,000.

Amounts over DKK 2,000 are financed in collaboration with SparXpress.

Delivery

Manostiles arranges delivery with GLS to recipient. However, timely delivery requires GLS to comply with day-to-day delivery. If there are delays at GLS, this will correspondingly delay the delivery in relation to the desired delivery date. In the event of very late (several days) or outright non-delivery, manostyles will of course send a new delivery free of charge.

Delivery to Bornholm and certain small islands is not covered by GLS' objective of day-to-day delivery, as shipments to these areas can in some cases take 2 days. Manostyles is always based on day-to-day delivery.

It is delivered abroad, but this takes 1-3 working days.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.

The cancellation period expires 30 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.

The deadline means that you have 30 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to mette@manostiles.com or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the trading conditions.

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.

Cancellation of part of the purchase

If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of returning one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.

Please note that you will not get the shipping costs back if you regret part of your purchase.

Return

Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 30 days to return the item to us.

You must pay for the package to be returned yourself, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport.

If you do not pick up the item and it comes back to us, we will offset the return shipping.

Certain items cannot be returned by normal post. This applies to: (insert item types).

The cost of returning these items is expected to cost no more than: (insert amount).

No right of withdrawal
These agreements cannot be cancelled:

Delivery of sealed goods which for health protection or hygiene reasons are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery.

The condition of the item when you send it back

If the item has lost value and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the item, you can only get a part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases it may mean you can only get back the shipping costs.

We recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging.

If the original packaging is missing, this may lead to a decrease in the value of the item.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 30 days from the day on which we has received your message that you want to cancel the agreement.

We return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

Right of complaint

When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Purchase Act apply to the purchase of goods.
This means that you have the right to complain for 24 months.

If your complaint is justified, this means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.

You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the error. If you make a complaint within two months after the fault is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.


If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can reimburse you for shipping costs.

Personal data policy

All personal information registered on manostiles.dk will not be transferred, sold or made available to third parties at any time. All information is stored securely and is only available to trusted employees at Manostiles.com.

In connection with any electronic payment uses a secure encrypted method through the Webshop system.
The shop system uses so-called cookies to manage the contents of the shopping cart. A cookie is simply the name for a file that is saved on your own PC. It is also possible to ask the system to save your own address information for the next visit. If you wish to delete this information at a later stage, this can be done via the browser settings. In Internet Explorer, this is done, for example, via the "Functions" menu and the "Internet settings" menu item.

During a purchase, we ask for your name, address, telephone number and email address. This information is used exclusively for processing your order. The information is transmitted and stored electronically in unencrypted form, and stored for 5 years. The "contract" itself (the purchase agreement) is not stored at Manostiles.com in a way that you can later log in and see/change the status. The personal information is registered with Manostiles Danish Design ApS

In addition, we register the IP address from which purchase is made. The information is normally of no use, but can be used in a possible police investigation. All fake orders are reported to the police!
You can also optionally have your email address added to a mailing list at Manostiles.com, so that you regularly receive news and other information from Manostiles.com. This service can be registered and unregistered at any time as desired.

We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with sufficient protection.

The data controller at manostiles.dk is Manostiles Danish Design ApS.

You have the right to be informed about which information we process about you.
If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you ask for it. It can, for example, be if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we were to use it.
